We specialise in supplying marine parts not just to the United Kingdom but to anywhere in the world. We primarily use two of the world’s most popular carriers to ensure your delivery arrives safely and as required.
We offer a next business day service from a selection of couriers for your online order based upon the most cost-effective carrier with guaranteed delivery. Royal Mail post is not a trackable service and for this reason we limit its use to small, lower value orders as a rule of thumb.
Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to deliver to the following places:
- PO Box Addresses.
- Individual Boats (Please provide us with a marina office delivery address).
Keypart are a telephone and internet-based mail-order company and are therefore legally unable to participate in the VAT Retail Export Scheme however VAT is not charged for all items that are permanently exported. If we are shipping to an overseas destination including to European member states, we will not charge VAT, post Brexit.
Worldwide Delivery
We deliver worldwide using FEDEX & DHL Express +, using the most economic service dependent upon the destination. You can however select your preferred carrier at checkout.
Export orders will be despatched once all items from your order are in stock, unless you have requested otherwise. All products are sold on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis meaning the buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.
Free Delivery
We offer carriage free delivery options to UK, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands on qualifying orders subject to the order value, weight, delivery destination and dimensions. Our standard carriage free UK mainland delivery is applied to orders over £100.00 (ex-vat) under 25Kg's.
Delivery Times
We will always provide you a lead time if an item is out of stock. If your order is required in connection with the involvement of other parties, we would advise allowing extra time in case of matters that are out of our control
